1. Who we are
Skynet is made by H5 Innovations AS, org. no. 989 090 291, Bergen, Norway ("we"). Contact: hello@skynetapp.eu.
2. Buying through Paddle
Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
3. The licence
- A licence is a key that lets one person use Skynet on the Macs they use.
- It includes 24 months of updates from the day you buy. After that, you may keep using the last version you received, for as long as you like.
- The licence is yours to use; the software stays ours. Don't resell, share or crack it, and don't try to get around the licence check.
4. Teams
- Creating a team needs a licence key; joining one is free. A team lets its members share skills and panels.
- The team's owner decides who stays. Leaving or being removed deletes nothing on anyone's Mac.
5. Trial and free codes
The 30-day trial and any free code we give you are offered as they are, and we may end codes that are misused.
6. Your AI provider
Skynet works with the AI subscription or key you bring (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or another provider). That account is between you and the provider. Their terms, limits and prices apply, and we are not responsible for their service.
7. What you do with Skynet
- You are responsible for what your agents do on your Mac and in your accounts, and for what you publish.
- Don't use Skynet, artifacts or team sharing for anything illegal, to harm others, to send spam, or to publish content you have no right to share.
- Publishing artifacts needs a licence key. They are deleted 90 days after their last update. We may take down an artifact that breaks these terms.
8. Your content
What you create stays yours. We keep only what's needed to run your account, team sharing and artifacts, as described in our Privacy page.
9. Warranty and liability
We work hard to make Skynet good, but it is provided "as is". AI agents can make mistakes. Check what matters before you rely on it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will say so on this page. You can stop using Skynet at any time. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms.
11. Law
Norwegian law applies, and the courts of Bergen (Hordaland tingrett) are the agreed venue, unless consumer law in your country gives you another.
