Teams and publishing
- Joining a team is free, on the trial too. Ask its owner for the invite code.
- Creating a team and publishing pages and files to a link need a key. A published link stays up for 90 days after its last update.
- Both use a free Skynet sign-in by email. Nothing else does.
What is not included
- The AI itself. Skynet runs on the AI subscription or key you already have (Claude, ChatGPT, or any provider pi supports) and you pay that provider directly.
- Hosting apps online. Apps your agents build run on your Mac.
Questions
Who sells it? Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment and VAT and sends your receipt.
How do I get my key? Buy in the app (Settings › Licence, or the trial line at the bottom of the sidebar). The key goes straight onto that Mac and is emailed to you. On another Mac, choose Enter a key… and paste it.
Is VAT included? Yes. The checkout shows the VAT part for your country. A business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT.
What happens after 24 months? Skynet keeps working on the version you have.
Can I get my money back? No — that is what the 30-day trial is for: try everything first. If Skynet doesn't work as described, we put it right. See Refunds.
Where are my files? On your Mac. Skynet keeps no copy of your agents, chats or files. See Privacy.
